Get to know the initiators of Transformative Management Education Ulrike Landfester Ulrike Landfester is a Professor of German Language and Literature at the University of St. Gallen. She received her Ph.D. (1993) summa cum laude as well as her Habilitation (1998) at the Ludwig-Maximilians-University in Munich. Her academic fields include social sciences, journalism and information as well as arts and humanities. Among various research interests, the future of the humanities led to the in-depth analysis of TME, which was realized in collaboration with Jörg Metelmann and published in the book “Transformative Management Education. The Role of the Humanities and Social Sciences”. Jörg Metelmann Jörg Metelmann is an Associate Professor of Culture and Media Studies at the University of St. Gallen. He received his Ph.D. from the University of Tübingen in 2003 and his Habilitation from the University of St. Gallen in 2014. Being interested in the future of business education, among other fields of study, his most recent publication in collaboration with Prof. Ulrike Landfester comprises the study of “Transformative Management Education. The Role of the Humanities and Social Sciences”.
